I agree to pay this non-refundable custom deposit for each custom piece order before work begins. You have filled out the information above as clearly as possible, and are comfortable with the custom work taking 4-6 weeks to complete unless otherwise stated. Once your order deposit has been paid, it will be added to the custom work schedule. Images of the work will be sent for your approval before invoicing you for the remaining cost. If you approve the design, you will receive an emailed invoice with the remaining cost and any possible shipping charges. Please note, at this time we do not require any additional fee for doing custom work, it is priced based on time and materials. However, if the piece requires more than one modification after images are sent or if the piece's modifications fall outside of the details of your initial custom form information, additional costs of materials and time may be added. By paying your deposit, you are signifying you have read and agreed to the above custom work policy.
